Leeds v. Liverpool: Over 3 Goals Asian @ odds 1.84 on Expekt. Premier League

On Sunday we have a real classic game between Bielsa’s Leeds United and Klopp’s Liverpool FC – the only Premier League-game of the day.
I think this will be a goalfest for several reasons. First off, these two teams are super offensive, both go forward at all times, and there is a plethora of goalscorers in both squads. First, let’s take a look at the goal stats from the previous season.
2020/2021 – Goal Stats:
- Leeds: 3.1 goal average – 62 scored 54 conceded.
- Liverpool: 2.9 goal average – 68 scored 42 conceded.
Liverpool struggled hard with goals scored last season, I expect it to be much higher than 2.9 this season, probably around 3.1-3.3.
Another positive aspect to this bet is the following: Liverpool will perhaps have to play without Alisson and Fabinho – two players that are the spine of the team’s defensive efforts. Van Dijk also went off the field with a minor injury against Turkey this week, but he is expected to play. But with these two (maybe three) defensive setbacks, I think Leeds will score 1-2 goals.
My pick is that we see a 2-2 result here.
Liverpool are in for a very tough game here and Leeds are usually way more goal-rich early into seasons than late – a recipe for a very good pick.
Why Bet on this Betting Tips:
- Both teams are very offensive
- Two of the best counter-teams in EPL
- Leeds v. Big Six usually goal-rich
- All attacking players available (Except Bobby)
